Summary
This study analyzed the influence of social support for early childhood teachers on organizational commitment and happiness. A survey was conducted on 252 early childhood teachers working in early childhood education institutions in G city, and it was confirmed that social support had a significant impact on organizational commitment and happiness. The results suggest the need to explore social support measures to improve the organizational commitment and happiness of early childhood teachers.
