Summary

This study systematically analyzed domestic research to derive six promoting strategies for teacher collaboration in instructional design (sharing goals, free exchange of opinions, leading teacher roles, utilizing online tools, securing formal/informal environments, and differentiated feedback). The findings provide concrete implementation suggestions for educational stakeholders to promote collaborative instructional design.
