Summary

This study analyzed the differences between student teachers and mentors in assessing classroom activities in kindergarten practicum using network analysis. The results showed that both student teachers and mentors valued children's concentration and interest, but student teachers expressed more psychological emotions, suggesting the need for emotional support during the practicum. The study emphasizes the need to establish a support system for pre-service teachers to enhance their teacher competency and to provide support for mentors.
