Summary

This study investigated the effect of acetic acid fermented onion vinegar supplementation and acute swimming exercise on lipid peroxidation and antioxidant enzyme activity in rats fed a high-fat diet. The results showed that onion vinegar supplementation combined with exercise decreased muscle MDA content and increased muscle GPx activity, suggesting a positive effect on lipid peroxidation and antioxidant enzyme activity.
