Summary
This study examined the relationship between appearance management behavior, happiness, and quality of life among visually impaired women, and the impact of background variables. The results indicated active body shape and clothing management, and that subjective health condition, lifecycle, and economic activity influenced happiness and quality of life. Specifically, body shape and appearance management, as well as cosmetics and hairstyle management, had positive effects, while plastic surgery and professional management had negative effects.
