Summary

This study explored the reflection and teaching efficacy of pre-service PE teachers participating in a community-connected observational practice program. Through qualitative and quantitative research, the study analyzed the impact of class observation on teaching efficacy, revealing changes in factors such as expectancy, content knowledge, past learning experiences, and sociocultural influences. The study suggests improvements in school field practice systems, customized program development, and the training of pre-service and in-service teacher educators.
