Summary

The Asia-Pacific Working Group on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) has reached a consensus on the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn’s disease (CD) in Asia, aiming to improve IBD care in the region. As the use of biologic agents and biosimilars increases, a review of the literature and consensus on the timing and method of introducing these agents in conjunction with conventional treatments is necessary, with consideration of pharmacogenetic factors and treatment response monitoring strategies.

구강점막질환 및 타액선질환 최신치료학 치의학대학원 치의학과

노인인구의 증가 및 환경요인의 증가로 인하여 구강점막 질환과 타액선 기능저하 상태로 고통받고 있는 환자는 증가되고 있다. 특히 재발성 아프타성 구강궤양, 구강 편평태선, 유천포창, 천포창과 같은 면역장애질환과 구강 캔디다증과 같은 진균감염은 포괄적 평가와 감별진단이 필요하고 질환의 진행경로가 만성적이고 재발성이므로 전문가적인 평가와 치료를 요한다. 뿐만 아니라 구강작열감증후군 및 미각장애 등과 같은 타액선 기능장애 관련 질환은 그 원인을 규명하기 힘들고 난치성이며 삶의 질을 감소시키는 주요 구강질환이다. 본 강좌에서는 구강점막 질환 및 타액선 기능저하 상태의 원인 및 발생기전, 평가법과 치료법에 대한 최신 지견을 이해하고 토론함으로써 이 분야에 대한 새로운 지식을 익히는 기회를 제공하고자 한다.

정원은 단순히 식물의 아름다움을 즐기거나 가벼운 휴식만을 위한 곳은 아니다. 정원은 신념과 이상, 나눔과 보살핌, 치유와 회복, 예술적 체험과 교류 등 다양한 가치가 담겨 있는 복합적인 효용의 장이다. 현대 사회에서 정원은 도시 열섬 완화, 대기질 개선, 도시 미기후 조절, 생물 다양성 증진 등에 긍정적으로 기여하면서 자연에 대한 가치와 감수성을 기르는 환경교육 및 실천의 장이기도 하다. 또 정원은 가족이나 이웃이 만나 교류하고 소통하면서 공동체적 정체성과 연대감을 형성하면서 환경 회복과 지속가능한 삶을 구현하는 데에도 중요한 역할을 한다. 그 외에도 정원은 노인이나 아이, 장애인 등 사회적 약자에게 치유와 건강 회복, 정서적 안정과 사회성 발달 등에 중요하게 작용한다. 본 과목은 정원이 지닌 다양하면서도 복합적인 가치와 효용을 살피고, 그 구체적인 면모를 앞서 살았던 동서양의 위인들이 정원을 통해 그들의 삶을 어떻게 펼쳐나갔는지를 살펴봄으로써 동시대 정원이 주는 실질적인 의미를 고찰해 보고자 한다. 아울러 한국사회에 급속히 퍼지고 있는 정원문화 현상을구체적인 실천 사례와 함께 살핌으로써 동시대 정원문화에 대한 비판적 읽기도 시도해 보고자 한다.

본 강좌에서는 소화기 질환, 즉 위장관 및 간담도 질환의 임상적 특징과 진단 및 치료에 관한 최근 경향을 이해하고 임상연구를 진행할 수 있는 능력을 함양하고자 한다. 특히 바이러스 간염, 간경변증 및 간암의 최신 진단과 치료법을 숙지하고 점차 증가하고 있는 비알코올성 지방간의 병태생리적 이해에 접근한 치료와 예후분석에 대한 공부가 포함될 것이다. 그리고 최근에 증가하고 있는 담석질환 및 담도질환에 있어 치료내시경의 현황, 위장관 질환에 있어 역류성 식도염, 위장관출혈에 대한 치료방침, 염증성대장염에 관한 최신 지견을 공부한다.
