This study analyzes the instructional consultation process for a Korean Language Education course implemented with a flipped learning model, based on a Human Performance Technology model with preparation, performance, and evaluation stages. It particularly analyzes class recordings from the performance stage to suggest improvements for the qualitative aspects of the class, emphasizing rapport building, course selection, and debate activation.
