This study examined the mediating effects of conflict resolution strategies and work-family conflicts on the relationship between conflict mindsets and marital quality among pregnant fathers. The results showed that a learning mindset improved marital quality through positive conflict resolution strategies, while a judgmental mindset affected marital quality through negative conflict resolution strategies and work-family conflicts.
