This study explores the development of a game-based character education program centered on empathy, identifying "discomfort" in living spaces, and promotes character development through problem-solving within game situations. Applying game design principles and literacy, an iterative game design process (problem setting-rule creation-rule execution-reflection-rule recreation) encourages learners to proactively approach problems and cultivate practical character.
