Summary
This study aims to understand the Korean manufacturing ecosystem through big data analysis and contribute to industrial and employment policies. Through clustering and firm linkage analysis, manufacturing firms are grouped into 134 clusters, each containing key firms that account for the majority of sales. Notably, SMEs have higher employment coefficients than large enterprises, and clusters related to domestic consumer goods show high employment effects.
