Summary
This study revealed that the service quality (lecture and experience elements) of humanities programs positively influences citizens' satisfaction with the humanities, and the necessity of humanities plays a crucial role in satisfaction. Furthermore, service quality indirectly affects satisfaction through the necessity of humanities. The findings emphasize the importance of demand surveys based on citizen participation to enhance the efficiency of the Humanities City Support Project.
