Summary

This study analyzes China's policies for attracting overseas talents and seeks ways to improve them by examining existing problems. China has actively pursued attracting talented individuals through various policies such as the "100 Talents Program" and "1000 Talents Program," as well as the green card and talent visa systems, but faces issues such as fragmented management and ineffective visa procedures. In the future, the Chinese government should improve its talent recruitment policies by establishing a comprehensive management organization, improving the visa system, and expanding social integration programs.
