Summary

This study examined the causal relationships between person-job fit, perceived organizational support, and job satisfaction among 45 public health center nurses in Gyeonggi Province. The results indicated that person-job fit positively affects perceived organizational support and job satisfaction, with perceived organizational support partially mediating this relationship.
