Summary

This study investigated the self-perceptions of elementary school students on the affective, behavioral, and cognitive domains in science class. A survey of third and fifth-grade students revealed that third graders perceived a higher level of self-perception in the affective domain compared to the cognitive domain, while no significant difference was observed in fifth graders. Both grades reported the greatest improvement in the cognitive domain through science teaching.
