This study aimed to analyze descriptive course evaluation content using text mining techniques to derive implications for teaching improvement. The analysis revealed that students frequently mentioned ‘fun’ and ‘difficulty’ in their evaluations, with ‘overall satisfaction’ being the most frequent topic. Differences in expression frequency and proportion across evaluation areas were observed based on student and subject characteristics, suggesting the usefulness of descriptive responses for teaching improvement.
