법교육지원법에 근거한 한국 학교 법교육의 전개와 특성
This study analyzes the development and characteristics of school-based law education after the enactment of the Law Education Support Act, identifying the current status of the Ministry of Justice's promotion of school law education and suggesting implications for future development. School law education aims to foster civic qualities, reflects social demands such as preventing school violence, and pursues a practical, real-life-oriented education using actual cases and issues. Furthermore, it suggests promoting qualitative development of school law education through the development of curriculum-linked programs, expanding training for external instructors, and evaluating and providing feedback on programs.
