Summary
This study aimed to verify the relationship between physical self-concept, self-management, and subjective happiness in the aquatic exercise of active seniors in Korea. The results showed that the physical self-concept of aquatic exercise participants positively influenced self-management, and self-management positively influenced subjective happiness.
