Summary

This study developed a graduate-level course on Early Childhood Teacher and Human Relations based on case-based learning and examined its effects on 66 students at A University in Seoul over 16 weeks. The results showed that the graduate students improved their understanding of human relations, coping skills, and experienced changes in their attitudes and values, perceiving the course as an opportunity for self-reflection and empathetic communication.
