Summary
This study verified the validity of a Teaching Aptitude and Personality Test developed for pre-service teachers using the Rasch model. The analysis showed high reliability and appropriate functioning of the five-point scale, but the principal component analysis indicated inappropriateness for the single dimensionality assumption. However, the test characteristic curve analysis confirmed the suitability of the data used.
