Summary
This study investigated the effects of childcare teachers’ positivity and grit on job stress and the mediating effect of grit. The results showed that teachers’ positivity positively influenced grit, and grit completely mediated the relationship between positivity and job stress, suggesting grit is an important factor in managing job stress for childcare teachers.
