Summary

This study investigates the current state of catechetical education in seminaries where Korean Presbyterian Mission (KPM) missionaries serve, emphasizing the importance of catechetical education as a foundation for forming Reformed faith and establishing Reformed churches. The survey results indicate that many seminaries do not adopt catechetical education as a regular course, and the KPM headquarters should make missionaries recognize the essential role of catechetical education and reflect it in theological education and missionary training.
