This study analyzed 135 research papers on early childhood mathematics education from 2013 to February 2019 to identify research trends and explore future research directions. The results showed consistent progress in early childhood mathematics education research, primarily focusing on 5-year-old infants using integrated approaches and quantitative analysis. The activity duration was 8-16 weeks, with 5-16 sessions, and a tendency to emphasize mathematical concepts was observed.
