Summary

This study presents a conceptual framework for the growth process of fashion brand shop managers based on their sales experiences and careers. In-depth interviews were conducted with seven shop managers with over 15 years of sales experience in a women's clothing brand in Gwangju, and analyzed using Strauss and Corbin's grounded theory method, resulting in six categories and 17 sub-categories.
