Summary

This study investigated the influence of employees' volunteer activities on organizational commitment, focusing on the mediating effect of positive psychological capital and the moderated mediating effect of perceived organizational support. The results indicated that volunteer activities positively impact organizational commitment through positive psychological capital, and perceived organizational support moderates this relationship. This provides an expanded understanding of the impact of employee volunteer activities on organizational behavior.
