Summary

This study converged the perceptions and experiences of people with disabilities and experts regarding employment services and vocational ability assessment tools for people with disabilities through qualitative research to enhance their labor competitiveness. The results yielded 25 categories in six areas, including considerations for operating job services for people with disabilities, expanding employment, and developing assessment tools. These findings provide important implications for future policy development.
