Summary

Dendropanax morbifera branch water extract (DBW) enhanced immunostimulatory activity by increasing the expression of cytokines and immune effector molecules in RAW264.7 macrophages and splenocytes. DBW treatment promoted NF-κB signaling activation, leading to increased expression of proinflammatory cytokines and effector molecules, and in vivo experiments showed increased splenocyte cytokines, nitric oxide production, and natural killer cell activity.
