Summary

This study analyzed the effectiveness of the university career experience credit system by comparing the differences between participating and non-participating students. The results showed that students participating in the system had higher career decision-making self-efficacy, career preparation behavior, career decision scale, and school satisfaction. This suggests that the system contributes to students’ active career preparation and improved school life satisfaction.
