Summary

This study examined the relationships among pre-service early childhood teachers’ multicultural education competence, multicultural teaching efficacy, and human rights awareness, and analyzed the mediating effect of human rights awareness on the impact of multicultural teaching efficacy on multicultural education competence. The results showed a significant positive correlation between multicultural education competence, multicultural teaching efficacy, and human rights awareness, and human rights awareness partially mediated the effect of multicultural teaching efficacy on multicultural education competence.
