Summary

This study analyzed the effects of teacher-child relationships and peer interactions on infant happiness according to gender. The results showed that girls were happier at kindergarten than boys, and infant happiness was positively correlated with positive peer interactions and intimate teacher relationships, and negatively correlated with negative peer interactions, conflict, and dependent teacher relationships. The explanatory variables of happiness differed by gender, and teacher relationships and conflicts were found to influence infant happiness.
