Summary
This study analyzed whether the senior talent-sharing volunteer program encourages participation from professional seniors. The results indicated that volunteer professionalism is associated with education level and health status, but actual participants often have lower professionalism and poorer health. Furthermore, highly professional seniors tend to engage in other forms of volunteerism rather than talent-sharing activities.
