Summary
This study analyzed the content related to the core concept of ‘relationship’ in middle school technology-home economics textbooks based on the 2015 revised curriculum. The analysis revealed that the ‘relationship’ domain accounted for 13.1% to 17.9% of the textbooks, including goals for understanding family relationships and enhancing relationship-building skills. Problem-solving and cooperation-focused teaching-learning methods were also frequently used.
