The organizational culture of digital transformation companies should shift towards values of individual respect, relationship-orientation, continuous execution, risk acceptance, collaboration, communication, and action-orientation. This emphasizes the importance of people-centered management even in a technology-driven business environment, aligning with the biblical principle of respecting life.
