Summary

This study analyzed and compared the communication patterns of young adults in their 20s with themselves in 2010 and 2018, focusing on communication journals. The results showed that in 2018, compared to 2010, there was a lack of proactivity in communication with oneself, and self-observation, self-regulation, and self-assessment were not prominent, along with a weakened expectation and willingness for change.
