Summary
This study aimed to define and develop the concept of grit in nursing students using a hybrid model. The results revealed that grit in nursing students consists of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral dimensions, encompassing pride in the profession, maintaining passion, and continuous effort. This can contribute to reducing academic stress, enhancing psychological well-being, and fostering the growth of nursing students into professional nurses.
