Summary

This study investigated the effect of flexible working hours on job satisfaction and quality of life among hotel employees. The results showed that flexible working hours positively influence job satisfaction and quality of life, and job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between flexible working hours and quality of life. This study provides practical implications for the Korean domestic tourism and hospitality industries.
