Summary
This study investigated the factors influencing the clinical competence of new nurses by surveying 182 new nurses. The results showed that clinical competence differed significantly according to the number of nurses, working hospital, and nurse image, and was correlated with resilience and emotional labor. Resilience and emotional labor were found to be important factors influencing the clinical competence of new nurses.
