Summary

This study analyzed the impact of Korean language skills, work conditions, social-cultural distance, power distance, and achievement needs on cultural adaptation, job adaptation, and job satisfaction among 181 Korean-Chinese and Han-Chinese workers based on ERG theory. The results showed that cultural adaptation mediates the relationship between job adaptation and job satisfaction, and significant differences were observed between ethnic groups.
