Summary
This study in-depth analyzed the experiences and needs of teacher training for public kindergarten single-class teachers. The results showed that teachers had positive experiences such as forming consensus and broadening their perspectives through training, but also experienced negative aspects such as difficulties in practical application and identity confusion. Based on these findings, the need for developing customized training programs suitable for mixed-age classes was raised.
