Summary

This study proposes fair HRM as a factor influencing the sustainable growth of family firms and conducted empirical analysis on family firms located in Daegu and Gyeongbuk. The results showed that distributive and procedural fairness positively affect innovation activities, and the innovation activities of non-family members partially mediate the relationship between fair HRM and sustainable growth.
