Summary

This study investigated the effects of childcare center directors’ conflict perception and management strategies on their job satisfaction and self-efficacy. The results showed that conflict perception was highest in the child care area, and cooperative conflict management strategies were primarily used. Conflict perception was found to influence job satisfaction and self-efficacy through positive conflict management strategies.
