Summary
This study developed a group counseling program to support the psychological well-being of women with career breaks in Science and Technology and conducted a preliminary study. Participants experienced lowered self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and stress, with improvements in stress coping strategies observed in the interpersonal conflict resolution group. Future development of customized psychological support programs tailored to the characteristics of women in science and technology is expected.
