Summary

This study explores the dynamic assessment of a global corporation’s English storytelling program, focusing on learner narrative identity development. The results indicate that dynamic assessment effectively improved learners’ narrative development and oral activity response, but further learning is needed for the reflective element of narrative. This enables learner-centered education and assessment, contributing to exploring changes in learners’ responses and reflective elements as well as oral proficiency.
