Summary

This study aims to deeply understand critical workplace learning through the experiences of victims struggling against workplace bullying. The results showed that the participants demonstrated a subjective learning attitude to improve unethical workplace culture and protect workers' rights, and they strived to exert practical influence through solidarity and publicity. This emphasizes the importance of self-directed learning, including familiarity with labor laws and seeking help from others, and suggests that future workplace learning should encompass a variety of issues to improve workers' rights.
