Summary

This study investigated the relationships between eco-friendly belief, attitude toward clothing reform, fashion concerns, and purchase intention among Chinese female adults using a moderated mediation model. The results showed that attitude toward clothing reform partially mediated the effect of eco-friendly belief on purchase intention, and fashion concerns did not moderate this relationship. Furthermore, the association between eco-friendly belief and purchase intention was stronger among women with higher levels of fashion concerns.
