Summary

This study examined the impact of social capital on job stress and job satisfaction among early childhood teachers. The results indicated that social capital positively influences reducing job stress and increasing job satisfaction. This suggests that expanding social capital is crucial for improving the job satisfaction of early childhood teachers.
