Summary

This study investigated the relationship between individual characteristics of university students (age, gender, allowance) and the selection attributes of coffee shops, as well as how these factors influence their attitudes and behaviors towards coffee consumption. The results indicated that service, quality, convenience, marketing, sensory environment, allowance, gender, and age are factors influencing coffee expenditure.
