Summary

This study aimed to identify the causal relationships between Talent Management System (TMS) and work engagement, organizational trust, and employee creativity among Generation X hotel employees in Korea. The analysis revealed that the building positive relationships, work-family balance, and fair rewards factors of TMS significantly influenced work engagement, while building positive relationships and work-family balance significantly impacted organizational trust.
