Summary

This study explored and compared the key issues between customers with and without paid membership in e-commerce. Using text mining techniques (LDA topic modeling and word frequency analysis) with customer review data, the results showed that paid members focused on membership, purchased products, events, and payment methods, while non-members focused on membership and purchased products. These findings can contribute to developing tailored marketing strategies for each customer group.
