Summary
This study analyzed the current status of liberal arts course enrollment and its impact on the learning outcomes of university students. The results showed that the enrollment rate in non-academic experiential education and instrumental/practical knowledge education was relatively low, and liberal arts education had a significant impact on learning outcomes. In particular, instrumental/practical knowledge education positively affected the development of higher-order thinking skills.
